                        Height: 110 Pixels

open your Winbox

1- click IP

2- click Web Proxy

3- click Access
4- click Add

5- Path:/images/srpr/logo3w.png                             #(this link your google logo)
6- Redirect To:im16.gulfup.com/2012-02-25/1330192983991.jpg #(This link may logo,Change it to link your logo) 
7- Ok     # (save)
